It is difficult to imagine a modern educational process without taking into account the activities of sectoral enterprises and research-and-production companies and their demand for specialists with the required scope of competencies and practical experience. Strengthening the cooperation between higher educational establishments and partner organizations in implementing the practice-oriented educational programs will be able to eliminate the existing gap between the level of practical training of graduates and their readiness for further professional activities. Effective legal forms for making changes in training the employees and improving their competitiveness are being actively sought in the education system. The paper considers the experience of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University in using the elements of a network form for the training of specialists in pharmaceutical industry.
