To prepare modified biologically active substances as a matrix for binding to drug substances that, by gradually releasing from the matrix, transform into the human body provides a way of designing long-acting dosage forms. Due to the presence of aldehyde groups, the partially oxidized cellulose dialdehyde cellulose is a suitable matrix for the immobilization of drug substances. The paper considers the problem and conditions for preparing dialdehyde cellulose derivatives modified by biologically active substances, as well as evidence to the structure - types of binding of the matrix dialdehyde cellulose to drug substances.
