Лиофилизация белковых и пептидных препаратов – перспективный метод создания стабильных и эффективных парентеральных лекарственных форм. Рассматриваются основные вспомогательные вещества, используемые при лиофилизации белковых и пептидных препаратов, а также их функциональная классификация. Приводятся характеристики наполнителей, криопротекторов, лиопротекторов, модификаторов тоничности, сурфактантов и буферных систем. Даются рекомендации для решения проблем сохранения активности лекарственного вещества. Предлагаются оптимальные сочетания вспомогательных веществ для улучшения свойств и предотвращения разрушения таблетки лиофилизата.
