The existing medical and drug provision system for children and adolescents in children’s educational establishments (CEEs) fails to effectively solve problems to improve their health status and to reduce morbidity rates at the present stage. It has been noted that it is necessary to popularize advanced health improving methods in the kindergartens and schools and to introduce world experience with medical care and a highly professional prevention system in the CEEs at the federal level. A model has been developed and introduced to optimize the drug provision of nursery and daycare facilities and educational establishments in the Tyumen Region. The proposed model will be able to improve medical and drug care to inmates and pupils and assist in improving their health and in reducing morbidity rates.
