DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR THE BUSINESS POTENTIAL OF PHARMACY NETWORKS WITH CONSIDERATION FOR BALANCED INDICATORS

Introduction. The relevance of strategic planning in the pharmacy networks is increasing when the balanced indicator system is used. The activities of pharmacy organizations cannot be improved without using balanced management technologies, by taking into account the characteristics of a study object. Objective: to form priority areas for the activities of structural divisions of the pharmacy network on the basis of balanced management technologies. Material and methods. The indicators of strategic development of pharmacy networks and their occurring business processes were investigated, by applying functional and logical modeling methods and systems and process approaches. Results. During systematic studies of each level of pharmacy network management, the investigators identified priority areas for the development of structural divisions of the pharmacy network in the context of the balanced indicator system. They elaborated strategic goals to optimize the basic component of the system of balanced indicators, such as training, increase and development of pharmacy personnel. Conclusion. The investigation revealed the need for developing the key indicators for setting up a learning organization in order to implement the project «Training, increase and development of pharmaceutical personnel in the pharmacy network».
