CLENT-FOCUSED TECHNOLOGIES IN THE WORK OF PHARMACIES

Introduction. The paper considers conditions for optimizing the business process «Visitor-based pharmacy management»: a change in consumer preferences; elimination of customers’ psychological barrier; and search for the best options to provide pharmaceutical care. Conditions for using the client-focused technologies have been created to level the experiences of a consumer in buying medicines and to form his/her loyalty. Objective: to develop a methodology for the introduction of innovative client-focused technologies. Material and methods. Systems and process approaches and functional and logical modeling techniques were used. Results. The purposeful activities of a pharmacy worker in optimizing visitor-based pharmacy management were analyzed. The system of information and communication technologies, which included communication and target technologies, was elaborated. The functions of client-focused technologies, which were required for the counselling of pharmacy customers, were detailed. The paper presents a model for forming the business process «Visitor-based pharmacy management» in order to develop current client-focused technologies for serving the customers of pharmacies. Conclusion. The performed investigations make it possible to create a basis for optimizing the visitor-based management of pharmacies.
